The Relationship between the Demographic-Sociological Characteristic and the Effectiveness of the seniors social activity support project

Abstract
The conclusion and proposal of this study are as following. among other general characteristics, the gender difference of the subjects in the elderly work program showed different scores in personal effect by 3.90 for men and 3.74 for women, presenting higher score for men compared to women``s. However, the social effect and total effect showed no difference from each other. In the difference of social effect, the infirm had 3.46, the normal 3.66, and the fine 3.87 implying that those with better health were higher in social effect, and, in addition, in the total effect of the elderly work program, the infirm showed 3.46, the normal 3.69, and the fine 3.69 implying that the better the health is, the higher the total effect reaches. Hence, it was found that health condition is a very important factor for the effectiveness of the elderly work program. To add, the effect of the elderly work program according to the income type, monthly allowance, cohabitation, age, and economical level showed no difference in personal effect, social effect, and total effect.
